Update on Antisocial behaviour in our community of Trafford

I wanted to provide you with an update about anti social behaviour.  

We are working closely with Trafford Council and housing partners to target antisocial behaviour in our area. One such tactic is closure orders.  A closure order is a legal order that prohibits access to a property for a specified period to prevent or stop serious nuisance, disorder, or anti-social behaviour.

This week one such closure notice has been enforced at a property on Hurst Avenue in Sale and checks were carried out today to ensure there has been no re‑entry.

Today we’ve conducted checks to ensure no re-entry and will continue to act with housing associations and partners to ensure that we act swiftly to stop the few impacting on our community.
